
Ugh I was going to write some profound bit about how to make ourselves happy. Well writing a very short piece is going to make me happy right now, so after MUCH writing, editing, throwing it out completely, researching something else, putting that aside until another day, I am surrendering to what is. It’s 5:41 pm on a Saturday & I love doing this but I’ve been screwing around with different photos & topics for tooooo much time at this point. Enough!
YOU know what makes you happy.
Focus there …. happy!
YOU know what makes you unhappy
Don’t focus there …….
Shift your focus any which way you like, as long as when you refocus it’s somewhere you will be happy!
Create strategies to use when you have those moments, lots & lots of strategies, to help you refocus your attention in a different direction.
Where you put your attention …. There you are!

Yesterday I most definitely was challenged all day long with resistance to what I wanted to attain. Just like the image above of ‘Agitated Neurochemistry’ (From Midjourney web app & my c0creation) See those little bubbles, somehow they were magnetic 🤣, so I’d be thinking of something & a magnetic bubble thought would whip my mind away into that little bubble, until I broke out & repeated the process 🤣. Needless to say, I got little done, but my day wasn’t consumed with self-flaggelation for (Please use dictatorial creepy villain voice) “Not being Productive”.
